[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Many android devices I've used from other manufacturers in the past have been hit or miss in terms of reliability, app compatibility, and customizability. This is not the case with Samsung and their S23. This feels like a flagship phone, with deep app compatibility and so many customization options within the UI. OneUI feels mature, stable, and feature rich.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loved my s20 ultra but the time had come. My work is very fast paced and I had been losing my phone during the day. I knew I wanted a device smaller than my current one but as a techie was unwilling to compromise on specs and features.
It's only been a day since I upgraded to the s23 and already everything feels just right. It runs smooth, the battery is superb, and there's no more black screen lock ups or other weird hiccups. I don't feel like I settles for a lesser phone in anyway. My s23 is everything I need and I am content.

S23 for my backup to my S22 ULTRA

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It's smaller than my S22 ULTRA but I like that because it fits into my jeep dash mount better. Battery life is good and it handles games very good. I did have some issues in initial setup where the installation screen crashed on a loop, but I did the hard reboot as recommended and then called customer service, where they then helped finish the setup and account activation.
I recommend this phone.
