I love this phone!!!

I've been in the Samsung family 10+ years, and it's the only brand I'll ever go to. Samsung is always breaking ground when it comes to new tech innovations to make life easier. Great features with the push of a button (or even a wave of hand)
I enjoy how customizable the S23 can become and it's scary to know I haven't scratched the surface with the full capability. I was excited to upgrade from my S21 to the S23. Best decision of 2023.

Battery drain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had to replace the phone because the battery doesn't last. The new galaxy 23 does not last all day, the battery dies (brightness isn’t all the way up either) and I’m not sore what the problem is.) hopefully there’s a software update that fixes it.

Messaging Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Since day one the voice to text has had issues. Suddenly stops, adds words, won't start to name the top problems. Have been assured that phone is working properly however, issues continue. Will be eyeing some other brands next time I upgrade.

The screen is the perfect size with amazing graphics. Which makes the gaming more enjoyable. The setup is very easy and the walk through tutorials are a breeze.

If you are a 90s kid especially the ring tones! Color of the person that is calling or texting you. Another plus is the camera. The picture are always clear when your camera is not dirty. Lol
