So far so good. Owned for about a month and really like the s23 so far. I really wish Samsung would bring back external SD card. That was the best feature on my s7. Besides that a great phone.

Well worth the upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Currently I use my phone for authentication action to all my computers, TV remote, home automation, social media, browsing, light programming and scripting, home automation server control, network monitoring and admin tasks, and more.
The upgrade from the S21 to the S23 was easy enough even though I chose to install fresh rather than migrate apps and data. The screen is definitely brighter and sharper. The processing power is noticeably faster with less heat under load. The camera is much better. If you upgrade for just the camera it is worth it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Coming from the 10+ I wasn't sure what to expect. The new S23 may be smaller, but that is only asthetics. This phone does everything my old one did and more. It is faster, clearer and the pictures are awesome.

Best camera that comes with a phone!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded from the Galaxy S8 to the Galaxy S23, choosing the smallest of the 3 versions. But what a leap! I love the camera's features, especially the improved low light/night capabilities. I shoot a lot in low light, and the sharpness is remarkable, with very little noise. The dedicated wide angle lens in addition to the standard lens sets the S23 apart from its competitors. I like the RAW capabilities, particularly with the proprietary LightRoom editing tools. I'm also quite impressed with the battery life, beefed up from the S22. I get two days out of a charge with normal use. There are a few niggling annoyances however. Firstly, I really wish the home button would wake up the phone rather than using the side power button. I also think that Samsung's partnership with LightRoom should provide more robust free functions. It is inadequate, necessitating an LR subscription. I would have liked a removable SD card, but the beefy internal storage makes up for it. Overall, the S23 is an outstanding flagship phone.

i bought this phone a month ago and placed screen protector and case on phone . placed in my carry backpack STORED UNDERNEATH THE SEAT AND SCREEN GOT DAMAGED. Had S8 for5 years never had this issue when storing in my backpack underneath airplane seat
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
