Did not realize their were two versions of the pen. This pen is not up to par. Especially after using galaxy notes and ultras for 8 years and knowing the functionalities of those pens and how they interact with the Ultra series. Definitely needs to be improved

It’s designed to help you be ready whenever inspiration strikes.
Please note that you need a model with Bluetooth capability to take pictures using the S Pen. However, there are still many exciting things you can do with your S Pen! It provides precision and fine control on your Z Series Fold devices, making it great for features like circle and search, allowing you to capture images more precisely.
If you want to use your S Pen to snap pictures, I recommend considering the S Pen Pro, which includes that functionality.

The most beautiful smartphone/tablet Ive ever seen, owned, used....its luxurious & i purchased a minibluetooth keyboard w/stand and uetooth mouse that comes in a pouch and works perfectly as a mini laptop. I love it, cant say enough great things about it. The color, the pictures, the sharpness.....its perfect! Never ever lined any of my phones....except the samsung galaxy edge & fell in-love with the way it worked but, it took sucky pictures. This, omg, you wont regret it and when you close the tablet, thefro t of the closed tablet, has a screen, 2,and then your tablet acts and looks like a regular but a lil less wide smartphone, apps, etc. You never HAVE to open the tablet.
