Elegant dish rack

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pins were too short and did not hold our Crate and Barrel dishes, was very sad because we liked everything else about it. Maybe the engineering department will check that out.

Visually appealing, functionally frustrating

Received as a wedding gift. And while it's visually appealing, especially with the wood accent handles. But the whole "simple design" is actually poor design. The bumps in the rack for plates are only functional if you have exceptionally flat plates. Any other drying rack you see where the bumps are angled? There's a reason for that.

Great and Long Lasting Dish Rack

I received this as a gift a few years ago, and it is still going strong. I feel like I had to replace prior dish racks every few years, but this feels like it has longevity, I oil the wooden handles to keep them looking good.
