As a professional stylist, I'm pretty disappointed in this usually great brand. I have their single-head foil shaver that I love, so I was excited to try this. This one, though, is not great.
First off, it's LOUD. Much louder than I anticipated.
My main complaint is the middle cutting blade. While in theory, this is a good idea to catch longer hairs, in practice, it's not well-executed. I tested it on myself before using it on a client, and the middle blade pulls more hairs than it cuts. It was uncomfortable, and I had to stop. If you hold it at an angle so you're just using one of the outer foils, it works fine, but that completely defeats the purpose of a double-foil shaver with a center cutter.
There are a few things I did like. As a traveling stylist, I do appreciate the travel lock feature and the lightweight chassis. It's very easy to pack. The battery seems to last long enough and it's waterproof design makes it easy to clean and disinfect.
However, its smaller size and that same lightweight feel also make it feel a bit cheap, almost like a knockoff BaByliss shaver, not the professional, solid tool I've come to expect from the brand.
Finally, I'm very disappointed in the documentation. The instructions explicitly state "for professional use," but the warranty card says the warranty is voided by "non-household use." This is a major contradiction and makes it a risky purchase for any professional.
Overall, while I appreciate the travel-friendly features, the core performance is a letdown due to the painful hair-pulling, and the warranty issue is a significant concern.

I bought these in December, the first pair broke because of regular salon use. I actually hate these clippers so much!!! They are really really embarrassingly loud, th motor is not heavy duty. A serious downgrade from the metal CORE collection. I definitely do not recommend these.
