Unstable oven temp

3 years old and stainless is starting to stain, just like the Bosch fridge. I like the look of the range and have had good luck with other Bosch products. The oven thermostat is off by 30 degrees F and I have turned the compensator as far as it will go. Some times in the winter the electronic brain shuts off. The repairman checked it out and said it's the incoming voltage. He observed the Bosch products are very sensitive to power supply quality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
