This is "high end"?

I have a Bosch refrigerator that was bought in 2007. It has always been noisy and the ice maker/dispenser is the worst design EVER! Both the refrigerator and freezer went out on Sunday. Transferred all the contents to our 30 YEAR OLD GE in the garage. Sound like something is wrong here? I read these reviews too late but may save someone else from this drama.

Horrible, Do not buy this refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I remodeled my kitchen and replaced all the appliances with bosch appliances. This fridge has been nothing but trouble. It doesn't keep food cold, today the control panel doesn't work. It stops making Ice and the shelves break easily.

Frequent Repairs including repeat repairs on the same problem. Very expensive - the worst performance. Will never again buy a Bosch refrigerator - any model!

Do not buy!

We bought a new town house with high end appliances Bosch in the kitchen. During the 4 th year our refrigerator broke every 5 months. We spend 1100 dollars on repairs and it is making noise like it is going to go out again. Even repair technician said we need to get rid of it: that is how they made these days. So now we replacing it with a LG. Will never buy another Bosch appliance.

Horrible quality

Plastic shelves and difficult to clean

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had this refrigerator a few years, and it is the most cumbersome refrigerator to use and keep clean. Not all the shelves remove, and the ones that are in the door are plastic with plastic parts that are not quality-made. There are so many grooves and crevices that it makes it difficult to keep this appliance clean on the inside. One glass shelf shattered for no reason, and I've already had to replace 2 of the side door shelves. The top shelf adjusted to the option that gives you the most height, does not allow enough space for a gallon of milk!

Great side by side

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My refrigerator was my first Bosch purchased. Bought it because it seemed the other ones were too big for my spot. Best thing to happen to me. I like how the drawers and shelves are set up. Everything seems to fit really well. I have since purchased a dishwasher which I truly love. I just purchased a microwave, wall oven and a cooktop, so my kitchen is a BOSCH kitchen. I would not buy anything but Bosch!!!!!!

Don't buy this refridgerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Worst ice maker ever. The ice bin never has ice in it...very slow. When it does have ice, it clogs up and when I open the freezer door ice goes everywhere. Bad design. I've had two shelves break and they are pricey for plastic shelves ($80 and $72). You have to use both hands to get water.
