This phone is awesome except...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The AI is an awesome feature, the phone is faster, way better pictures, battery lasts all day even playing games. It's more durable and waterproof. Only thing about it is my touch screen sometimes doesn't work and I have to leave whatever I'm doing and go back in.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this phone as it's it my right hand man as a contractor. Note taking with galaxy AI is everything. Easy to draw and edit pictures notes with the s pen. Absolutely worry worth dollars!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am a Samsung believer thru and thru, most of my devices are Samsung. I recently bought a new Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra, and let's just say I am truly disappointed. I have to fight with it daily it loses info and changes settings. I have asked Samsung for help to no avail. Oh and the Galaxy AI, I asked it for help it said get a book. So I'm still here trying to defend Samsung for what it once was.
