I have heard that the vibration plate is a life changer. I used it as soon as it was unpacked. It appears to be worth all the hype. I can't wait to see the positive results of regular use. I believe it would also be more helpful for those considering to purchase to ask for a review after having the product at least a month.

Great product; a better company

I received my plate today and I tried it immediately. It was amazing. I'm almost 50 years of age and I've been on a workout tare. Thinking I was in my teenage years I decided to over do my workout by implementing squats on my walking routine. Bad idea because I either pulled a muscle or pinched a nerve. I just know that the basic things we don't think about in life was now painful. After my 1st session I felt an immediate relief. I'm not saying I'm cured, but I feel a lot better.
While waiting for my Lifepro plate i came across a special they were running that made my purchase less expensive. I contacted them and with no hesitation they matched the price and sent me a gift immediately. They hay are amazing!! Business done right!!

Stopped working after a few days

I had the wave vibration plate for over a year and loved it. I decided to upgrade to the Rumblex Pro 4D. It worked great for a few days, and then one of the motors stopped working. Very disappointed.
