I am thoroughly impressed with my vibration plate. I have observed a noticeable difference within the first week of regular use. The pre-set programs are particularly convenient, as I can easily cycle through each of the daily routines. Notably, I have noticed a positive impact on my thighs, particularly when bending my knees and utilizing the stretch bands that came with the plate.
