This is definitely not a cheap vibration plate! Heavy duty, very easy to set up and use, plus lots of attachments and resistance bands for a great workout.

My husband and I both love the Rumblex Pro 4D Vibration Plate. We’ve only had it about 3 days. My husbands 3rd time of using got rid of his hip pain. I bought it to help with my bone density.
