After dealing with neck pain after a concussion, my physical therapist recommended this product. The neck pain has dissipated and I am beginning to feel like myself again. It is now beginning to lead to other health benefits.

I have only had the opportunity to try the Rumblex Pro twice, but love the way I felt after … less muscle soreness after my HIIT workout! I need to look up different ways to incorporate the plate into my weekly workouts and recovery days.
