Loving the Vibes

Purchased a vibration plate, then saw a video review of the Rumblex Pro and knew I didn’t do the best research. I was immediately convinced I had to have it! Pricier than what I had bought, but I could see why!! Better quality, more technology packed into the unit, e.g. more motors and movements. Then there’s all the stuff that comes with it: comfy exercise pad, straps, several resistant bands, wrist remote too! I have only begun to scratch the surface of what I can do with the 4D plate!

I've been using it for 6 days, sometime twice a day on level 1. I already feel my legs getting stronger. A good buy.

Just received the product. Very easy minimal assembly. I only tried it out for 5 minutes on the lowest setting and my feet and lower legs feel very tingly and relaxed.

I was very skeptical about a vibration plate being helpful but my chiropractor recommended it so I thought I would try it out. I was amazed at how well this worked!! It strengthened my muscles, kept me balanced, and made me feel great!!! I them hit a major depression spell and became very inactive. I was trying to figure out why I was so weak, and then it hit me!! I wasn't doing my vibration plate! So it's back to building my strength and balance and getting the best me!! It's such an easy way to feel good! Thanks, Lifepro!

I have poor circulation and after just a few uses I can already see a difference. Nice quality. Could use better instructions but I figured it out.
