I bought this as a gift for my sister and so far her experience has been positive. She uses it mostly to help with lymphatic drainage and her arthritis.

I've been researching vibration plates for some time now and so happy I made the decision to go with the Lifepro Rumblex Pro Vibration Plate. You can find less extensive vibration plates on the market, but you'll be hard pressed to find a better vibration plate on the market! And with Lifepro's lifetime warranty, you can rest assured your investment will withstand the test of time. I couldn't be happier with my purchase! Highly recommend!

Oh my! I’ve only used it about a week and already love it! Plus, I’m not even using it to the fullest extent yet. I’m still just standing on it for 10 minutes. I can’t wait to find out what all I can do with it.
