As described in the instruction booklet, the power cord clicked hard into vibration plate receptacle upon set-up, and now upon using it for only 2-3 times falls out repeatedly.
Also, setting it at the highest speed (60) and on all 3 modes, the vibration is very mild compared to a different brand plate I have, which recently stopped working. I'm 128 lbs & a daily experienced user for several years. I'm disappointed in the power of this Lifepro Rumblex Pro. I'm wondering if this plate is defective.

I hope this Life Pro is a amazing as the first beginner plate I purchased last year. This one is much easier to squat on and has better stability. I Iook forward to using it on my ongoing fitness and health journey.
