I upgraded to the live pro rumble X pro from the regular rumble X and I love it. It’s bigger and I love the contour plate. This thing is upleveling my workouts.

I’ve been going on it twice a day and glad I got the upgraded model. It has so many settings (60 speeds), and vibration, left and right oscillation and up and down oscillation. I love to mediate on the vibration setting and detox on higher settings.

Very happy with the rumblex pro 4d. I bought it for it's superior ability to activate and heal muscles while also engaging the full body lymph system to get things moving again. Highly recommend!
