I set this up for my wife and gave it a try. Stuck with the pre-programmed workout and it kicked my butt. Not crazy challenging, but effective. My hip flexor pain is significantly reduced after one workout and I’m ready for a nap! 100% approve

Like the unit for my very active son. Unitis great, however the Start/Puse button does not pause as on our Rumblex Plus unit, it just resets to power on setting and is very frustrating

First impression was a surprise

Unit was well packed and easy to assemble. Instructions are easy to follow. As for results and progress, a follow up will have to be in the future. The first few uses it was surprising on how it works the lower par of the body. On an old injury knee I definitely felt it and am hoping this will strengthen it. It is like a home physiotherapy. The lower settings are best so far.
