Several program options and loved the accessories it came with like the resistant bands and watch to control the device as you use it. Another greatly appreciated thing is how quiet it is.

It’s a little early to see if it will help my back pain but the machine itself feels very high quality, was well packed and comes with helpful instructions if there are any problems. I’m looking forward to using it everyday!

Mild Vibration

At the highest vibration settings and modes, it has a very subtle vibration. It doesn’t feel like it engages my muscles like my previous plate did from another company. This Rumblex Pro plate might be somewhat helpful for lymph flow, but this is not what I’m looking for. I use a rebounder for lymph. It’s possible this plate is not working properly. Not certain.

This replaced a rather old, cheaper model and so far I love it. The vibrations feel gentler yet somehow more intense.

I received this as a Christmas present. It’s really good quality and came with lots of accessories. It’s a very heavy machine, so it might take 2 people to set up.
