It took me two full weeks to learn how to use this

I am an 80 year old man who saw the benefits of vibration machine technology long ago. I bought this machine for therapeutic purposes only. It took me two weeks of research using AI to finally complete a daily program I can use safely. The total dail progam takes only 25 minutes, using morning, afternoon and evening sessions. This machine can help you or hurt you. Do your research in order to use it safely.

Good machine - poor instructions

The plate does everything I had hoped it would, but it came with a bunch of equipment, with no instructions about how to use everything, and very minimal instructions for exercises to do on the plate.
