Using this product for the first time. I purchased the vibration plate on the recommendation of my neighbor. I am looking to feel energized and sleep better.

Not sure how I feel about the product yet. So far I feel like it is making my stomach and inflammation worse. Since I’ve gotten it my bloating has gotten worse and so has my body pain.

I’ve worked out on very expensive Power Plate equipment at my health club. Now I can have the convenience of owning similar technology in my home gym. I Love the way this makes me feel! ??
