Love this vibration plate

I've had a lot of babies. Now 3 years postpartum, it is incredible to stand on the vibration plate and feel parts of my body affected by fascia adhesions being moved around! I LOVE it!

Just received today my Waver vibration plate and am so excited to give this a go! Got my first 15 minute session in and feel amazing....I can see how this would get blood flowing, increase oxygen circulation and tighten muscles when used correctly. I am excited to see/feel lymphatic drainage results too!
