I just purchased the vibration plate as a Father’s Day gift. We haven’t gotten to use it much, but are hopeful it will help with joints and increase lymphatic flow.

The power cord should be longer. Like it so far but you require a review while requiring registration for the lifetime warranty within 14 days. If you want a real review you need to wait for enough time to actually use the product to see a definite result.
