Just used my Waver Vibration Plate for the first time. Taking it easy on low in sitting position. It makes my legs feel great!

The only thing I wish was different, is that there was some more description around the walk jog run descriptors on the actual vibration plate.

So far both husband and I enjoy this project. Our remote did not work and are hoping we can get a quick turn around on a new one.

The device is solid and feels secure when I stand on it. I have done some basic workouts and overall feel good when I have completed them. I look forward to improving my health with its use.

Everything seems to be working fine. I have read and watch so much about vibration plates on social media and decided I would give it a try.
