After having a hip replacement, I was impressed with the benefits and reviews for vibration plates. After doing my research, LifePro ranked the best quality. It is incredibly easy to work into any everyday routine. It makes my body feel good and I actually look forward to my 15 minutes of "Just Shakin It' everyday.

I want to let you know I have been using before bedtime and after 4 days I feel much more alert during work and starting to sleep better and longer. I am amazed with the quietness of it. Beginner but excited to continue using.
