I was worried this would be loud. My dishwasher is louder than this machine. Too soon to see any results but definitely feels good on my tight muscles. Very sturdy!

I am so excited to have gotten the lifepro vibration plate. It is perfect for building my bone strength with my early stage of osteoporosis. It is gentle, yet very effective. Even my grandson loves to use it after his wrestling workouts! This is a game changer for our family.
