Just purchased this vibration plate in the last week, so I haven't had much opportunity to use it yet to form an opinion. So far I like it...and the quality and size of the vibration plate is great. I look forward to using this to see all the benefits. I'm hoping it will help with some mild neuropathy that I have been experiencing as well as some swelling in my ankles that I have in the warmer months...some of it due to hormones and aging.

I’ve had mines for 5 days now & I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I sleep better, clothing is a little looser & I feel good in general. Don’t want to miss a day. I’m pretty sure the longer I use it the more benefits I will have from it. I do 15 mins in the morning & 15 mins after my evening workout session. Go get you one if you haven’t already!!!

Loving this Power Plate!

I just received it today and couldn’t wait to get it set up. Set up was ridiculously easy! And great instructions to get going on it immediately which I did! I can’t wait to start using all the rest of the suggested exercises. It’s small enough to move around if I want to change location. And I will be canceling my membership at a gym for which I pay monthly to use their vibration plate, which is not nearly as nice as this. Truly an awesome product.

I just received my waver vibration plate today and couldn’t wait to get started. Love how quiet it is. Boy does this vibrate everything!!! Looking forward to seeing the long term results! Feels like a good workout!! Living it so far!
