Purchased to strengthen bones

Purchased this due to an osteopenia diagnosis. I am hoping this will strengthen my bones and improve my balance so I don’t break any bones. This is my hope to stay off an infusion medication.

I use lowest level. I just started using it 1 week ago - need to use lowest due to my circumstances,
Lymphedema, lipedema, hip surgery and scoliosis… but thankful I have it. Weather not good for my usual walking.
