This is still very new to us. We have had it one week. I know I started on the preset 15 min and could definitely feel it in my calves these next day! Excited about all the benefits possible with this vibration plate!

This machine really helps clear your lymphatic system. I'm using it after surgery on low to help with fluid and keep my body moving. I enjoy using this every day.

I am obsessed with this vibration plate! I am not normally a fan of any sort of exercise or getting up early, but since getting this piece of equipment, I actually wake up 20 minutes to a half hour before I’m supposed to so that I can get a workout
