There's a large number of steps in the vibration settings. Also good variety of pre-programmed vibrations modes. Not sure if it's my unit only but it did creak a little when stepping on it. Otherwise works as intended.

I was sold on this product when a friend gave me a 10 second demo. I immediately ordered one for myself, and I am very impressed with ease of use, quality of the unit, and just how good it makes me feel after a workout. I definitely look forward to my workouts on this. Super easy and super impressed. My wife loves it as well for all of the health benefits.
