So far so good

I was surprised/disappointed the timer only allows 15 min. Instructions say our bodies are allowed 20 min a day to use it. My connection cord is pretty loose after only 3 uses. Makes me worried.

My husband and ai have been faithfully using ours for a couple of months. He has lost a few pounds. I started using it for circulation in my legs. I can definitely tell a difference in how they feel.

I've been genuinely impressed with this vibration plate. It's sturdy, easy to use, and surprisingly effective for such a reasonable price. I am recovering from a lower back injury, and I have noticed a difference in just a week of using it!
