Hoping for good results

Tried it out for 15 minutes and the running part of the plate is more intense than I expected. I plan to use it a few days a week. My 79 year old mother has edema in her legs and I bought it for her. Hopefully it will help. I tried it while sitting in a chair and held my small dog. He wasn't impressed.
