I had issues after leg surgery getting fluid to flow in my leg through the lymphatic system. My wife purchased the vibration plate and it helped after daily use.

I felt a difference after the first use! My muscles are generally really tight but when I used this before and after my workout, I was so much more loose! I don't get nearly as sore after hard workouts when I use it. I've also noticed it helping with my balance. It serves so many purposes and is my favorite at home machine.
