heard from friends who gave it rave reviews. I just purchased it, so we shall see. Trying to figure out which exercise or level is right for me, wish it was clearer about the different levels and what they mean. crazy didn't come with batteries for the remote.

I have only used it 3 times so far, but my joints seemed to feel a little better. I can see where it will help my balance which is one of my major problems for my old bones.

Improved Circulation and Lymphatic Drainage

I have only been using this product for five days, but I’ve already noticing improved circulation and improved lymphatic drainage. I am also noticing less muscle stiffness and joint pain.
