like a mini massage for your whole body.

I often struggle with lower back pain. I got this and depending on how I flex or move it can target some of those really deep, rooted, spinal and muscular pains. I do 10 minutes in the morning and 10 minutes at night. I’ve noticed that my skin feels tighter and my muscles feel more engaged.

Great Vibration Plate

I have had this for a few days and it has been great so far. It helps ease the aches and pains from working on and is being used as another mechanism for working out after the gym.

I initially saw the Waver on YouTube and I began to research and the more I learned the more I realized I have to add this I was so excited I started searching for places that had it in stock because I didn’t want to wait for delivery I ended up driving to the next state to pick one up after work! It was definitely worth the drive ?

I primarily bought the Waver to help with my back issues. I’ve found other benefits also! I feel great with only 15min per day. No regrets! And telling my friends and family to get one too.

I work out at 5am after rolling out of bed half asleep and this helps shake me awake, but better loosens up tight, achy muscles. I’ve had ankle / plantar issues for a year from running, tennis, etc. and after a short time of implementing the vibration plate it’s made a huge difference. The only reason I don’t give it 5 stars is because it randomly shuts off from time to time.
