This product is not usually something I would buy myself. My mom gifted me to me and I am SO happy she did because my household and I love it! We set it up in our kitchen area so when we cook together, one of us hops onto it and we have good laughs. We feel so good after using it! Grateful.

The Remote controller included does not work.

I absolutely loved my vibration plate, I imagine I still would if it didnt break. I used my vibration plate consistently and looked forward to it. Unfortunately, mine broke after only 4 months. I contacted the support team December 9th. It was determined that I needed a replacement machine. It is now January 12th and I am still waiting for a replacement.
