I have been using the Lifepro Waver Vibration since I got it last week. I love it! I am still taking it easy on it. But I'm excited to get busy doing all the recommended exercises with it.

I’ve noticed that the knee pain I’ve been experiencing for the past several months has decreased, and I’ve been using the vibration plate pro for 15 minutes almost every day.
My only negative detail is that the power cord is too loose and often shuts the plate down while I’m using it because it loses contact with the prongs.
