Great vibration plate

A year ago I bought the little one and it fizzled out last week so I got the bigger one this time. When I use this daily, it really helps with my low back pain.

A dear friend purchased the Waver Vibration plate. It came with a battery operated vibration ball, as well. The only flaw thus far is the the back on the remote doesn't want to click into place well. I've tried it out...so ready to see lasting results and the fruits of my labors.
