I’ve done a lot of research about the vibration plates and I’m very happy so far it’s only been a week since mine has arrived. I use it twice a day 15 minutes in the morning and 15 minutes in the evening. I’ll update my review after a month of use so far three of my friends have also purchased the vibration plate.

I was paying top dollar every month to go to a facility to use a vibration plate. I loved it so much that I bought one for my home so I don't have to pay a monthly fee anymore and I can use it whenever I want. So happy!
