Just opened this up and used once so far so I will leave an updated review once I’ve used more thoroughly. But after first use I think I’m going to really enjoy this machine. It appears to be well made with lots of beneficial options. Can’t wait to see the progress made with this.

Amazing first impression

First impression: everything was packaged neatly and setup was super simple. I recommend reading the user manual to understand the features and beginner settings. As a newbie, I really appreciated the exercise guide and starter tips. The included resistance bands and storage bag are a nice bonus, and the remote makes it easy to change settings mid-session. For my first try, I stood on the medium setting for 15 minutes and really felt it in my lower back, which is where I hold a lot of tension. I’m hoping this will help reduce inflammation and support chronic pain management. It’s compact, easy to store, and feels like a solid investment. Looking forward to trying some workouts and will update my review in a few months!

Love the Waver

I received my Waver vibration plate about 6 days ago and I absolutely LOVE it. I already feel a difference in my body, more energy and am starting to feel like I did when I was younger. I’ve already recommended the Waver to friends and absolutely would to anyone else.

I just received my product about 2 days ago and have used it once. I think I am going to like it. It appears to be a good quality, it has some weight to it and I like that there are suction cups on the bottom (not enough to make it hard to move which is great). It is quiet so that is good too.
