Easy to use. Wonderful for my back pain

Right out of the box, easy to set up. I had a severly pulled lower back that I had been seeing the chiropractor for. After a couple of weeks I got back on the lifepro and my back felt so much better. Maybe I should have starte using it when I first injured myself but better late than never.

I just received this and haven't had a chance to do much with it. However, they do supply you with a lot of detailed information on getting started and continuing forward. There a lot of support and they are very thorough. I am very much looking forward to getting to know my machine and working toward a healthier life.

With having rheumatoid arthritis, extremely stiff in the mornings sometimes I don’t know how I’m going to even get out of bed. First thing I do now is just sit and put my feet on this plate and it moves my legs for me. I’m extremely happy with this vibration plate it gives me new hope every morning to be able to move.
I have also found the beginner upper body position has helped my shoulders, neck, and back area with my RA pain. I just received my waiver vibration plate and I am extremely happy with it.

I just received my Waver and have only used two days. I like the way I feel afterwards and I am anxious to continue and advance in my training/therapy!
