I just received my lifepro waver vibration plate today and used it for the first time. It felt like a workout. My legs and stomach shook so hard and I was only on a low setting. I’m a fan already!

This machine is so quiet and is easy to learn how to use it. Love having the remote to use. I feel so much better after using it, I have more energy and it does not hurt my arthritis joints at all!

Relaxing from first minute

I unwrapped the Life Pro and plugged it in. The first thing I read was to start off sitting with the vibration plate in front of a chair. The automatic timer is set for 15 minutes. I fell asleep twice before it woke me up when it sit off!
