Easy workout with strong benefits

The Waver is the best alternative for those that have a hard time working out or that have lymph drainage issues and don't want to jump on a trampoline. Use it for short or long periods and you will have amazing benefits and fee great! So glad I purchased one.

Excited to start!

I got this plate to hopefully help with my achy legs. I have a congenital malformation of my hips, which causes pain in my legs and an unsteady gait. Which also makes my lower back angry. My husband is a surgeon and is on his feet all day so I'm hoping it will help him too. Ask me for a review in 1 month. I'm sure we will be happy!!

I’ve only used it on the lower settings so far but it feels heavy duty and doesn’t make much noise. I’m sure at the high settings it might be a little different.
