Relaxing!

I exercise daily (cardio, HIIT, weight lifting) so I don’t find the vibration plate to feel like a workout for me but I do feel like it relaxes and calms me. I look forward to unwinding at the end of my day by spending 30 minutes on this plate. Makes for much better sleep too!

Seems like a good machine, has good vibration - but not the same as the big machines I’ve tried out at the state fair - but then again they are 8 times as expensive. Time will tell .
