It is much more sturdy than I anticipated! Just started slowly with it - I have 2 knee replacements -was not aware that may be a concern, so I am carefull.

using to help with severe swelling and inflammation caused by psoriatic arthritis and Lyme disease. I have only used a few times, starting slow and low and sitting, and have now increased time, power and to standing.

Just started using as I received mine as a gift - so far, so good though. I feel like I'm getting a great workout and don't feel the soreness or aches of my knees & other joints which is great!
