I am obsessed with this product! My knees and ankles used to click loud when I walked and now I can sneak up on the kids without them hearing me coming! lol! I can do squats now and couldn’t before. It’s helped all my joints AND I’m noticeably more toned. I use it 4-6 times a week and use program 8 and use arm weights with it. I can’t recommend this product enough!

This lifepro vibration board is exactly what I need for not only a knee injury, add an acquired and traumatic brain injury among other physical injuries. I’m starting to feel better, my balance is improving, my knee is improving quicker than I anticipated. It reminds me of sitting on the spin cycle of the 1970’s washing machines, you know the ones that could vibrate away from the wall.
