I just started using my waver vibration machine and already love it! I use it in the morning for lymphatic drainage and then again before bed at a higher intensity. My husband now wants to use it too!

I go to a gym that has a similar vibration plate paired with red light therapy, and it is a very high end setup. Since I don’t always have time to go in for sessions, I decided to try this as an at-home option for recovery and overall wellness. So far, I’m really pleased even after the first day I noticed positive results. I’m hopeful that with consistent use it will continue to support my overall health and recovery.

It makes a really loud noise like it’s hitting against the floor when you’re standing on it. I have been on another that was much sleeker and powerful, so this was kind of a let down
