This was given to me as a gift from my wonderful parents !!! They both use this one. I have had nights of wonderful sleep and less pain is such a short period of time.

Never think I can exercise as easy with the lifepro Waver Vibration Plate! I have poor circulation and I think can benefit with this product. I also liked that help to get strong bones.
