Feels Good So Far

I’ve only been using it a few days at it was a Christmas gift. I’ve also not tried the actual exercises (other than squats) as I go to a gym. However, I’ve really enjoyed it so far! I wanted it for lymphatic drainage purposes and I do feel like it’s working. My legs feel so much better after a 15 minute session. I think it has helped my recovery after weightlifting as well.

A vibration monster

I received this as a gift in Christmas 2025. Only used it less than a week. But I had to start small and gradually work up to a higher vibration. Overall, with the exercise and lymphatic drainage movements, I can honestly say I feel such a huge difference especially in my face area.
