After using a plate at my father’s house I decided to buy my own. This is a wonderful plate, I bought it for lymphatic drainage and O can tell I will be using it for a regular basis from now on, my body feels great!

I really like the Waver Vibration Plate. It’s easy to use, feels solid, and you can feel your muscles working right away. I use it mostly for recovery and warm-ups, and it helps reduce stiffness. Great add-on to my routine.
