Venous insufficiency therapy

I have only had my Lifepro a week but I already feel my circulation has improved, especially when I’m sitting for hours on my laptop. I can’t wait to use it for exercise.

Too Soon to Tell

I've been on this only once, but my teens were all anxious to try it as well, so that's a plus. Anything that gets them off their electronic devices and active is a win in my book. I'm a breast cancer patient on hormone therapy, and heard a vibration plate is excellent for maintaining bone health and muscle mass, as well as lymphatic drainage and detoxing. These are all things I need help with, and I don't have a whole lot of time in my day for an extensive workout, so I'm eager to see how well this works at helping me recover. One minute on it this morning at Level 1, and I already feel some level of relaxation/pain relief, so I'm very hopeful.

Lifepro vibration plate exercise machine

Have enjoyed this machine so far. Received on July 16th so haven't had it long. Seems to help my husbands back and knee pain. I feel like it has helped my back pain. I am taking it slowly as I have had a knee replacement in the past year but, it seems to be handling the movement well.
